How can I make a pokemon game hack game like Pokemon Quartz ...

I’ve been playing pokemon quartz and i’ve gotten REALLY eager to make my own like pokemon quartz! like making new towns, pokemon, forests, gyms and that kinda stuff. I know how to download a rom of a pokemon game but how can i modify it?? or is there a site inwhich i can make RPG games??

Any help will be greatly apreciated.

Answer by VTINOC After you have installed WINRAR or WINZIP you can open the file once the file is open click to open inside folders till you get to Setup1,Setup2,rmxpkeygen.exe,and SetupMenu.exe click on SetupMenu you have to install the RGSS-RTP to run RPGMXP after installed click instal RPG Maker XP then EXIT when done, now go back to the ZIP file and open rmxpkeygen.exe have it ready now open RPGMXP the program when open click on (Aleady Paid) then (Generate) enter Serial code from keygen on (Serial Number) click (Web) a page will pop open then click (Generate) a web page will open copy that web pages URL onto the keygen where it says (Activation URL) final once more click (Generate) on keygen copy Activation code on to RPG Maker XP now it yours.

Now comes the fun part the tools and Utilities.

I wish there where a way to modify or change stuff of Pokemon games that wold be cool.
